Which ranger elites are you looking for? The guide isn't very specific about skill locations. It just gives the area and the name of the boss. Have you checked Photics.com? There's a pretty good skill location category in the forums there.

That book is full of errors. A lot of the information in it seems to be from the beta.

i grabbed the eguide, 'cause you know there will be updates soon and i dont need 32134 books, still has some good info, granted, yes, there are errors.

Photics.com no longer has the skill listing forum category (I couldn't find it anyway). They are in the process of creating a wiki, but the ranger skills section is incomplete at the moment.
